THE MANCHESTER COLLEGE OF COACHING & HYPNOTHERAPY

The aim of the Manchester College of Coaching & Hypnotherapy is to give you a solid foundation in the theoretical principles as well as the practical applications of Hypnosis to pursue a career in Hypnotherapy. The Certificate Course is open to all but it is most suited to those who have a natural ability to build rapport with others, and who would like to help people make a positive change in their life.

Cost: £600 if paid in full or a deposit of £97 followed by 4 instalments payable over the course.

Course Accreditation

Both the Certificate and Diploma courses are validated externally by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council www.GHSC.co.uk and the International Hypnosis Association www.hypnosiscredentials.com and internally by the International Institute of Professional Coaches and Hypnotherapists. .

On the successful completion of the course you will receive a CMCCH. This will enable you to offer stress management, directive therapy dealing with issues of confidence, weight and smoking, in addition to teaching clients self- hypnosis.You will be encouraged to take further studies and it is recommended that you progress to take the more advanced Diploma course which contains no less than 70 classroom hours and together with the certificate will have a combined classroom time of 120 hours. The essential components of the Diploma are: resolving emotional traumas, regression, fears and phobias and addictions. The course also covers a wide variety of subjects including; skin disorders, child birth, dyslexia, gut directed therapy, lucid dreaming and many others. The DMCCH will be awarded on satisfactory attendance and a 75% pass mark in both the practical and theoretical exam along with successful submission of 2 case studies. Post Graduate Status is awarded to those who have already recieved their MCCH Diplomas and have completed their NLP Practitioner with Ali Campbell or another approved NLP Practitioner training course. They will be entitled to use the letters PGMCCH.

Eligibility for the Diploma Course

Entry to the Diploma course is open to all students who have successfully completed the Certificate in Hypnotherapy from the MCCH. If you are a qualified hypnotherapist but not from the MCCH and would like to treat a weekend(s) as a masterclass or to refresh your skills you will receive a Certificate of Attendance of the subjects undertaken. You will not be eligible to receive the Diploma qualification.

Cost is £847 (No Vat). Deposit of £97 followed by 5 instalments of £150.00. Alternatively the advance fee of £750 is payable on booking.

It may be possible to carry out your Diploma on a one to one basis at a time to suit you and over a staggered time period. However you must complete the minimum hours within each module to meet the criteria of the Diploma and the GHR.

We prefer to work in small groups to preserve the quality of the training and there is ample opportunity for one to one attention. Course Tutor

Hazel Thomson qualified with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and holds a Certificate, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma (now called Postgraduate) in Clinical Hypnotherapy. She also holds a B.Sc. from Edinburgh University majoring in Psychology as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Counselling from Northern College, Aberdeen. Previously she was a Supervisor of the LCCH and she has also trained in EFT and Deep State Repatterning with Tania Prince. Previously she has trained with Ernest Rossi, pupil to Milton Erickson and also David Grove who contributed greatly to our understanding of the Inner Child and the use of Metaphor.

Ali Campbell is Master NLP Practitioner and Celebrity Coach and has conducted courses alongside Paul Mckenna, Richard Bandler and Michael Neill. He has most recently written the best seller 'Just get on with it, a caring compassionate kick up the ass' and is a very sought after therapist and trainer. see www.alicampbell.com
